Get a taste of the Southwest with our Chili Spice seasoning and this simple pulled pork recipe!
Ingredients:
- 1 4-5 Bone-In Boston Butt (also called the pork butt or pork shoulder)
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 Tbsp Chili Spice Seasoning
Directions:
- Wash your Boston Butt under cold water and pat dry
- Coat Boston Butt with olive oil
- Season liberally on all sides with Chili Spice Seasoning
- Cook in a crockpot on high setting for approximately 8 hours (or until the bone can easily be pulled out)
- Shred pork with a fork inside the crockpot and enjoy!
