Make an All-American classic with our Fail Safe Seasoning and enjoy the mother of all cheeseburgers.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef (chuck)
- 1 tbsp Fail Safe Seasoning
- 2 slices American cheese
- 2 fresh brioche buns
Directions:
- Make 2 8oz patties with ground beef
- Sprinkle each side of meat with Fail Safe Seasoning
- Cook on grill over direct, high heat for approximately 12 minutes, flipping once
- Reduce heat to low and place American cheese on top of burgers for the last minute or so of cooking
- Toast buns on grill if desired
